USE - The graphene-based self-assembled coated cloth/paper is used for removing volatile organic compounds (claimed), and for family living room, office, automotive interior and other public places for controlling harmful substances including formaldehyde. ADVANTAGE - The product has high coverage of graphene porous nanoparticles, solves volatile organic compounds adsorption in the process of environmental purification, improves specific surface area of porous nano-adsorbent through graphene, increases contact or adsorption area of volatile organic compounds, and avoids secondary pollution. The method is simple and universal, and has environmental protection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene-based self-assembled coated cloth/paper comprising preparing first mixed solution using 525 g/L poly-acid/poly-alkali electrolyte and 3 mol/L of 0.05% inorganic salt, uniformly stirring, dipping porous nano-adsorbent for 5-30 minutes, drying at 50-100 degrees C to obtain processed porous nano-adsorbent, immersing in 10-80 wt.% graphene solution for 5-30 minutes, drying to obtain graphene porous nanoparticles, activating at 700-1000 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours to get active graphene porous nanoparticles, preparing second mixed solution using 1-60 g/L poly-acid/poly-alkali electrolyte and 0.01-3 mol/L inorganic salt, uniformly stirring, soaking cloth/paper for 5-30 minutes, drying to obtain processed cloth/paper, preparing third mixed solution using 1-10 wt.% catalyst nanoparticles, 5-30 wt.% activated graphene porous nanoparticles, 1-15 wt.% curing agent and 1-10 wt.% ionic surfactant, uniformly stirring, dipping processed cloth/paper for 5-30 minutes, curing at 50-200 degrees C, and taking out.
