▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing manganese-based catalyst of ORR reaction, comprises: 1) dispersing graphene oxide (GO) uniformly in an aqueous solution of ethylene glycol, adding an aqueous solution of dicyandiamide (DCDA) and adjusting pH of the resulting mixed solution to be alkaline; 2) subjecting obtained mixed solution to hydrothermal reaction at 120-200℃, washing and drying to obtain N-rGO; 3) preparing an aqueous precursor solution containing manganese salt, acetone and Polyethylene glycol (PEG), and using ultraviolet light to perform photochemical reduction to obtain a Manganese(II,III) oxide colloidal solution; 4) Washing theManganese(II,III) oxide colloidal solution and adding it to the N-rGO suspension, stirring, filtering and drying to obtain Manganese(II,III) oxide/N-rGO; and 5) Heat-treating Manganese(II,III) oxide/N-rGO in an inert atmosphere at 800-1000℃ for 1-3 hours to obtain Manganese(II) oxide/N-rGO catalyst. USE - Method for preparing manganese-based catalyst of ORR reaction of alkaline condition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent ORR electrocatalytic activity under alkaline condition, stability, and the whole performance of the ZABs assembled based on the catalyst is better than that of Pt/C+RuO2-based ZAB.
