▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a hydrophilic and antibacterial dual-modified ultrafiltration membrane comprises adding graphene oxide to an organic solvent under ultrasonic treatment to obtain a graphene oxide suspension, adding a condensing agent and 3-dimethylaminopropylamine to the graphene oxide suspension for reaction, and collecting the reactants after the reaction. The washed and dried reactants and long-chain halogenated alkanes are added to the organic solvent, and fully reacted at 20 to 80 degrees C for 8 to 24 hours. After cleaning and drying, a quaternized graphene oxide modifier is obtained. The quaternized graphene oxide modifier is added to an organic solvent for ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a GO-Q suspension, then dissolve the polymer membrane matrix material and membrane modifier into the GO-Q suspension at 40-80 degrees C. The reaction is stirred to obtain a uniform casting film solution. After removing the bubbles, the casting film solution is cast on a glass plate. USE - Method for preparing a hydrophilic and antibacterial dual-modified ultrafiltration membrane used as a filter medium in sewage treatment, drinking water purification or seawater desalination pretreatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a hydrophilic and antibacterial dual-modified ultrafiltration membrane, which shows better mechanical properties, water treatment properties, hydrophilicity, and antibacterial properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a hydrophilic and antibacterial dual-modified ultrafiltration membrane comprises adding graphene oxide to an organic solvent under ultrasonic treatment to obtain a graphene oxide suspension, adding a condensing agent and 3-dimethylaminopropylamine to the graphene oxide suspension for reaction, and collecting the reactants after the reaction. After being stabilized in the air, it is immersed in distilled water and soaked to obtain a hydrophilic and antibacterial dual-modified ultrafiltration membrane.
