NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-loaded multi-metal oxide coated anode material comprises adding organic metal salt containing hydrogen bonds to alkaline solution containing graphene, and then performing hydrothermal reaction, solvothermal reaction, or mixed solvent thermal reaction to obtain graphene polymetal hydroxide, where the organic metal salt comprises nickel source, cobalt source, manganese source, aluminum source, iron source, and/or magnesium source, the solvent for hydrothermal reaction is water, the solvent for solvothermal reaction includes methanol, dimethylformamide, ethanol, acetonitrile, acetone, ethyl acetate, isopropanol, tetrahydrofuran, propanol, n-butanol, n-propanol, and/or isopropanol, the mixed solvent in mixed solvent thermal reaction includes water and solvent in a volume ratio of 1:0.5-1:3, mixing and coating the graphene polymetal hydroxide with anode material, and calcining. USE - The multi-metal oxide coated anode material is useful for secondary battery anode material (claimed).
