▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A temperature-sensitive lubricant comprises 94-99 parts mass poly-N-isopropyl acrylamide microspheres, and 1-6 parts mass graphene oxide. The poly N-isopropyl acrylamide microspheres are uniformly adhered to surface of graphene oxide sheet, and the size of the microspheres is 50-300 nm. The graphene oxide is a wrinkled single-layer structure. The graphene oxide has sheet diameter of 1-5 μm, thickness of 0.5-1.2 nm, oxygen element content of 10-12 wt.%, and the surface groups of carboxyl, hydroxyl and epoxy. The graphene oxide surface groups are anchored in three-dimensional network structure of poly N-isopropyl acrylamide microspheres through intermolecular hydrogen bonds. USE - Temperature-sensitive lubricant for titanium alloy processing. ADVANTAGE - The lubricant has good dispersibility and stability, good anti-friction lubricating effect, and the lubrication effect does not decrease but increases after the continuous processing of titanium alloy after heating. The preparation method of lubricant is simple and controllable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of temperature-sensitive lubricant, which involves (s1) sequentially adding 15 -20 parts mass N-isopropyl acrylamide, 0.1-0.2 parts mass sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.3-0.5 parts mass N, N'-methylene bisacrylamide in reactor filled with 1000-1200 parts mass deionized water, stirring for 40-50 minutes, continuously introducing high-purity nitrogen in stirring process to remove oxygen in system, stirring and mixing uniformly and after finishing deoxidizing, raising the temperature of the system to 65-75℃, slowly dripping 5-8 parts mass of 0.07-0.09 mol/L ammonium persulfate solution in mixed solution, reacting for 4-6 hours at 65-75℃ to obtain the milky white solution, pouring the milky white solution in dialysis bag with interception molecular weight 3500 D, and placing in deionized water for dialysis, under the condition of stirring, changing for one time deionized water 8-10 hours, dialyzing for one time for 7 days, and centrifuging to obtain the microsphere, and (s2) taking 5-10 parts mass microspheres and adding 500 parts mass deionized water, after stirring and dispersing, adding 0.01-0.2 parts mass graphene oxide solution with concentration of 1-3 mg/mL to make a suspension, and placing at room temperature stirring for 10-20 minutes, heating 35-40℃ for ultrasonically dispersing for 15-20minutes, cooling to room temperature, repeating the steps of stirring at room temperature-rising temperature and ultrasonically dispersing for 9-14 times. The mass ratio of N-isopropyl acrylamide to sodium dodecyl sulfate is 90-100:1.
