▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Antiinflammatory drug controllable sustained-release system based on nanofiber material, comprises polyurethane as solute, N,N-dimethylformamide and tetrahydrofuran as solvents, and the nanofiber material with electric-strain dual stimuli responsiveness is prepared by adding conductors and antiinflammatory drugs. USE - Used as antiinflammatory drug controllable sustained-release system based on nanofiber material. ADVANTAGE - The nanofiber material has excellent electrical conductivity, mechanical properties, wet stability and biocompatibility. The preparation method is simple, and the operability is strong.
