NOVELTY - Preparing mesoporous carbon nanomaterials, comprises mixing solution containing carbon precursor with solution containing templating agent and pore-forming agent, and obtaining a mesoporous carbon precursor containing templating agent, and carbonizing to obtain mesoporous carbon nanomaterial USE - Preparing mesoporous carbon nanomaterials useful in catalysis, sensing, and energy conversion and storage (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has universal applicability, provides conductivity without further removal, avoids waste of resources and facilitates large-scale production. The carbon nano sheet has an obvious mesoporous structure, has a thickness of 30-40 nm and a high specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a mesoporous carbon nano-material, obtained by the method as mentioned above.
