NOVELTY - The preparation of automobile air filter core, involves (1) taking 10-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. polyetheramine, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. poly(arylene ether nitrile) and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. resorcinol diether, heating with stirring at 200-300 degrees C for 5-10 minutes to obtain reaction material, (2) taking 28-32 pts. wt. fatty chain modified polyurethane, 1-3 pts. wt. reaction material, 1-3 pts. wt. 3,4-difluorobenzophenone, 100 pts. wt. polyether polyol GEP-330, 18-22 pts. wt. polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate and 2-4 pts. wt. additive and heating at 75-85 degrees C for 6-8 hours to obtain glue, injecting glue into plastic dispenser tank, the additive comprises 6-8 pts. wt. polyamine, 1-2 pts. wt. polyarylene ether nitrile, 0.8-1.4 pts. wt. 3,3'-diamino-4,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl sulfone, 2.2-2.8 pts. wt. m-nitroaniline, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. rare earth oxide and 0.3-0.7 pt. wt. anionic surfactant, (3) injecting glue into filter paper mold, leaving still for 6-8 minutes and demolding. USE - Preparation of automobile air filter core. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of automobile air filter core with low-temperature resistance, improved mechanical properties and increased flexibility by simple and economical process.
