NOVELTY - Underwater-curable quick-setting epoxy adhesive comprises 81 wt.% bisphenol A epoxy, 4 wt.% silicone acrylate block copolymer, 3 wt.% or 5 wt.% self-made modified alicyclic amine, 3 wt.% or 4 wt.% hyperbranched polyester, 4 wt.% or 5 wt.% nano wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material, and 3 wt.% catalyst. USE - Underwater-curable quick-setting epoxy adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The underwater-curable quick-setting epoxy adhesive is economical, and has excellent waterproof and corrosion resistant, high solidification hardness, adjusting the operation time of solidification under water, ensures quick bonding with substrate, improves hydrophilic properties of this product by wide margin, and used for bonding of environment under water. The bisphenol (A) epoxy material to play ring-opening cross-linking reaction and generate island structure interpolymer at normal atmospheric temperature, low temperature. The curing agent uses self-control modified alicyclic amine, economical, promoting curing reaction, and shorten curing time.
