NOVELTY - A conductive silver paste comprises 80-91 pts. wt. high-dispersion conductive silver powder, 11-13 pts. wt. graphene, 20-30 pts. wt. methyl nylonate, 0.3-1 pt. wt. potassium tetraborate, 0.06-0.1 pt. wt. bismuth oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. polyoxypropylene glycol, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. fatty acid diethanolamide, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. sodium dimercaptopropanesulfonate, 1-2 pts. wt. oleic acid, and 10-12 pts. wt. glass powder. USE - Conductive silver paste for solar cells. ADVANTAGE - The conductive silver paste uses reduced amount of noble metal silver powder, can be manufactured economically, has improved dispersibility and stability with respect to nano silver powder, slurry viscosity, leveling property, and is environmentally-friendly.
