▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of lightweight high-shielding polyamide 6/polystyrene (PA6/PS) composite foam involves (s1) adding polystyrene into molten caprolactam monomer, preparing caprolactam/polystyrene suspension, adding initiator sodium hydroxide and activator toluene diisocyanate, and initiating caprolactam anion ring-opening polymerization at 150-200℃ for 20-60 minutes to obtain PA6/PS alloy with phase inversion structure, (s2) crushing the PA6/PS alloy, adding conductive filler, mixing, and hot pressing to obtain composite material, (s3) carrying out supercritical carbon dioxide foaming treatment on the composite material. USE - Preparation of lightweight high-shielding polyamide 6/polystyrene composite foam. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical, and capable of introducing more conductive fillers with different contents and types, and provides composite foam having microspherical shape and cell structure, and meeting the requirements of high absorption and high shielding efficiency.
