NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-modified phenolic resin involves reacting phenolic compound and aldehyde compound for 0.2-4 hours, preferably 0.5-3 hours in the reaction liquid, adding graphene material and stirring uniformly to obtain graphene-modified phenolic resin. The graphene material is graphene and its derivatives, oxidized graphene and its derivatives or graphene biomass, preferably graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing graphene-modified phenolic resin used for coating, adhesive, fiber, composite material resin base body, electronic and electronic engineering inflaming retarding material, mechanical and aerospace material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-modified phenolic resin improves agglomeration problem of the graphene in the phenolic resin matrix.
