NOVELTY - Large-aperture foamed silicon-reduced graphene oxide-based electrochemically modified material comprises MCFs-rGO as the electrochemically modified material. USE - Large-aperture foamed silicon-reduced graphene oxide-based electrochemically modified material used in an electrochemical sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The large-aperture foamed silicon-reduced graphene oxide-based electrochemically modified material has excellent electrical conductivity and biocompatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a large-aperture foamed silicon-reduced graphene oxide-based electrochemical modification material involves combining Graphene oxide (GO) with a templating agent triblock copolymer polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-polyethylene oxide P123 under the action of hydrazine hydrate, obtaining the complex P123-rGO, growing MCFs in situ on P123-rGO by silanization reaction, removing the templating agent to obtain an electrochemically modified material MCFs-rGO; and (2) a method for detecting hydrogen peroxide electrochemically, which involves using a modified electrode of Hb-MCFs-rGO/GC as a working electrode, a platinum wire as a counter electrode, Ag/AgCl as a reference electrode, inserting the three-electrode system into a phosphate buffer saline (PBS) buffer solution containing hydrogen peroxide at pH 7.0, carrying out the detection at a potential of 0.2-0.8 Volts at a sweep rate of 0.2 Vs-1.
