NOVELTY - A nitrogen-doped graphene sheet is prepared by using aqueous ammonia as nitrogen source and performing 2 step method to prepare gas-containing dilute doped graphite. USE - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene sheet for preparing super capacitor electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Product has high quality, excellent electrochemical property, and large table area, and preparation process does not use dispersant and has simple experimental operation.
