▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/aluminum composite comprises using electrostatic self-assembly method to prepare graphene/aluminum electrostatic self-assembly powder, where the mass percentage of graphene is 4.0-10.0 wt.%, and the graphene is single-layer, double-layer or multi-layer graphene, or oxidized graphene, hydrogenated graphene, or fluorinated graphene; taking an appropriate amount of aluminum powder and the graphene/aluminum electrostatic self-assembly powder and vacuum ball milling; cold pressing; and placing in a vacuum hot pressing sintering furnace for sintering at 400-450degreesC and raising temperature to 580-620degreesC. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene/aluminum composite. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene/aluminum complex that is uniformly distributed in the pure aluminum substrate and the interface is well combined. The method strengthens the adsorption effect between it and the aluminum powder, the multi-stage uniform mixing powder dispersing method is used for uniformly coating the graphene and aluminum, combining cold pressing, hot pressing technology to prepare the graphene complex.
