NOVELTY - Treatment liquid comprises 1-2 wt.% silicon tetrafluoride, 0.2-1 wt.% sodium molybdate, 1-2 wt.% sodium nitrate, 0.6-1.2 wt.% metal surface oxidant, 1-2 wt.% disodium edetate, 0.8-1.5 wt.% tartaric acid, 0.1-0.3 wt.% graphene oxide and balanced amount of water. USE - Treatment liquid used for treating metal surface of graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The treatment liquid is stable.
