NOVELTY - Directional cartilage repair system based on PDA-PAni-graphene oxide/OHA/Gelatin/DCS hydrogel, comprises conductive hydrogel, sterile wire and pulsed DC power supply, and conductive hydrogel is the use of graphene oxide, aniline, dopamine as a raw material to prepare a nano-conductive functional filler with a multi-layer core-shell structure, mixing with aldehyde-based hyaluronic acid, catechol-modified chitosan, gelatin compound, an injectable conductive hydrogel material PDA-PAniGO/OHA/Gelatin/DCS prepared by Schiff base reaction. USE - Used as directional cartilage repair system based on PDA-PAni-graphene oxide/OHA/Gelatin/DCS hydrogel. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel material has excellent conductivity, injectable, cartilage adhesion, biological compatibility and biodegradable performance, by in-situ injection, it can realize gelation, two gel of the gel are connected with sterile lead and pulse direct current power supply. It can provide pulse-direct current electric stimulation effect, it is used for improving articular cartilage defect orientation repairing reconstruction.
