▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flame retardant aqueous coating comprises 60-80 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 0.5-1 pts. wt. sodium methylene bis-naphthalene sulfonate, 1-2 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 6-10 pts. wt. flame retardant, 3-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-8 pts. wt. triethanolamine, and 10-15 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as flame retardant aqueous coating. ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts epoxy resin, glycolic acid and malonic acid through ring-opening esterification reaction; solves the problem of insufficient hydrophilicity and stability of water-based coatings; and improves the compatibility of the aqueous coating with the flame retardant and graphene oxide, and flame retardant effect of the aqueous flame-retardant coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for flame retardant aqueous coating (1) mixing epoxy resin and butanol in the reactor, mixing thoroughly, heating to 70-80 degrees C, mixing and stirring dimethylacetamide and glycolic acid to obtain mixed slurry A, (2) gradually adding the mixed slurry A dropwise to the reactor, where the dropwise addition time is 0.5-1 hours, and the reaction time after the ending dropwise addition is 3-4 hours, (3) adding malonic acid to the reactor, continue to reacting for 1.5-2 hours, reducing the temperature to 60-70 degrees C, and performing high-speed stirring to obtain mixed slurry B, (4) mixing and dispersing the sodium methylenebisnaphthalene sulfonate, flame retardant, graphene oxide and deionized water to obtain mixed slurry C, and (5) mixing and stirring the mixed slurry B and the mixed slurry C, and adding hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and triethanolamine, and stirring at a high speed to obtain the target coating.
