▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The meta-graphene composite product comprises graphene flakes (2) which are dispensed in matrix of metal. The metal is silver,, and the graphene in graphene flakes is in the form of graphene oxide. The graphene is present in the amount of less than 0.5 or 0.2 wt.%. The composite product comprises compacted metal-graphene composite green material. USE - Metal-graphene composite product in form of sliding contact of electric power application for on-load tqp changer. ADVANTAGE - The new composite contact material provides very low friction and low wear rate, without sacrificing good electrical properties of pure metal. Improved dispersing of graphene oxide (GO) in metal matrix reduces amount of GO needed and limits effect of GO on electrical properties. During sliding in sliding contact, there is continuous supply and removal of GO to contact pair surfaces, providing lubrication effect, while the GO amount is still small enough to maintain beneficial electrical properties of metal, e.g. silver (Ag). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method of producing metal-graphene composite product.
