NOVELTY - High corrosion-resistant metal coating comprises 32-35 pts. wt. polyester resin, 12-14 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-14 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 18-20 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 6-8 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 2-4 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 0.4-0.8 pts. wt. nano graphene, 4-5 pts. wt. nano-silica, 2-3 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 3-4 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone, 1-2 pts. wt. 4,4'-dihydroxybiphenyl, 1-2 pts. wt. dibenzoyl, 1-3 pts. wt. hexamethyltrimethylammonium bromide, 0.6-0.8 pts. wt. hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, 2-3 pts. wt. a crosslinking agent, 1-2 pts. wt. a leveling agent, and 2-2.6 pts. wt. an antifoaming agent. USE - High corrosion-resistant metal coating for zirconia analyzer. ADVANTAGE - The high corrosion-resistant metal coating is helps to improves the corrosion resistance of the traditional metal paint, and not easy to oxidize and fall off in a high temperature environment, and improves the service life of the instrument, and suitable for popularization and use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing a high corrosion-resistant metal coating of a zirconia analyzer, which involves: (A) mixing polyester resin, epoxy resin and phenolic resin into nano graphene in a high pressure reaction kettle for a period of time at high temperature and high pressure to obtain a mixed base material for use; (B) mixing and sintering aluminum powder, basalt fiber and calcium carbonate, grinding and pulverizing, mixing nano silica together with acrylic emulsion and adding polyvinylpyrrolidone to ultrasonic homogenization in ultrasonic oscillator, and obtaining homogenized liquid for use; (C) adding the mixed base to 4,4'-dihydroxybiphenyl, dibenzoyl, hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid water bath to maintain high-speed stirring, and then adding the homogenizing solution and cross-linking agent; (D) adjusting the rotation speed and continue to stir for 25-30 minutes to obtain the mixture for use; and (E) adding above mixture to cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, a leveling agent, and an antifoaming agent in a reaction vessel at a pressure of 12-15 mega Pascal, and slowly stirring at a normal temperature, and then taking out and sealing to obtain a metal coating.
