▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-titanium dioxide composite i.e. plate type crystalline titanium dioxide particles bonded to surface of reduced graphene oxide, is claimed. USE - The graphene-titanium dioxide composite is useful as photocatalytic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite forms high density electron/hole pair to improve conductive network. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing graphene-titanium dioxide composite, comprising (a) dispersing the graphene oxide in solvent, (b) performing reaction by adding titanium precursor into the dispersed graphene oxide, and (c) annealing.
