▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of foam-shaped graphene structure involves forming base substrate, placing base substrate in reduced graphene oxide colloid solution, applying heat flux to base substrate using exothermic component such as to boiling, and generating foam-shaped graphene structure by overlapping bubbles generated by boiling on base substrate. USE - Preparation of foam-shaped graphene structure (claimed) used for solar cell, e.g. dye-sensitized solar cell. Can also be used for super capacitor, chemical biosensor and photoelectrochemical cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of simple foam-shaped graphene structure having high conductivity by adjusting thickness and by providing eutectic phase convenience.
