▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves determining light path of a terahertz time domain spectrum thin film. A terahertz time domain wave spectrum signal is generated. Base material of the terahertz time domain wave spectrum signal is obtained. Different conductivity values of the graphene thin film is calculated. Relationship curve is drawn between different conductivity values. Relevant factor is calculated based on a relationship curve. Visible light wave of graphite alkene electricity guide is determined according to the relevant factor. USE - Terahertz spectrum technology based graphene thin film conductivity measuring method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting conductivity of high molecular substrate in an efficient and accurate manner.
