NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-small particle size zinc sulfide/silver sulfide heterojunction visible light catalytic material comprises e.g. adding graphene solution into deionized water to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion solution a, adding zinc salt into solution a and dispersing to obtain solution b, adding sulfur source solution into solution b to obtain homogeneous solution c, heating dispersed solution c, washing to obtain impurity-free graphene-small particle size zinc sulfide, adding deionized and silver nitrate solution, filtering and washing and baking. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-small particle size zinc sulfide/silver sulfide heterojunction visible light catalytic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation process, low preparation cost and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-small particle size zinc sulfide/silver sulfide heterojunction visible light catalytic material comprises (i) adding 1-10 ml of 0.8-1.2 g/l graphene solution into 250 ml of deionized water in ultrasonic dispersing for 20-40 minutes to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion solution a, (ii) adding 0.2-0.8 g zinc salt into uniformly dispersed solution a and dispersing for 15-30 minutes to obtain uniformly dispersed solution b, (iii) adding 80-150 ml sulfur source solution at a concentration of 2 g/l into uniformly dispersed solution b and stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain homogeneous solution c, (iv) heating the dispersed solution c by microwave for 30 minutes to obtain gray precipitate graphene-small particle size zinc sulfide, (v) washing the resulting gray precipitate for 5 times with distilled water and absolute ethanol to obtain impurity-free graphene-small particle size zinc sulfide, and (vi) adding 200 ml of deionized into impurity-free graphene-small particle size zinc sulfide precipitate and adding 0.15 g L-1 silver nitrate solution, reacting under microwave-assisted heating for 30 minutes, cooling the reaction product to room temperature, filtering and washing with distilled water and absolute ethanol for 5-6 times to obtain washings, then baking the washings at 60-80 degrees C for 12-24 hours, then grinding to obtain final product.
