NOVELTY - Phenyl substituted phthalocyanine/graphene oxide composite nonlinear optical material comprises 4- alpha -(4-hydroxymethyl benzoyl)phthalocyanine/graphene oxide compound. USE - Phenyl substituted phthalocyanine/graphene oxide composite nonlinear optical material. ADVANTAGE - The composite optical material has good three-order nonlinear optical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Phenyl substituted phthalocyanine/graphene oxide composite nonlinear optical material comprises 4- alpha -(4-hydroxymethyl benzoyl)phthalocyanine/graphene oxide compound of formula (I). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing phenyl substituted phthalocyanine/graphene oxide composite nonlinear optical material which involves adding 3-(4-hydroxymethyl benzoyl) o-phthalonitrile and anhydrous n-amyl alcohol, zinc nitrate (Zn(NO3)2) and 1,8-diazabicyclo(5.4.0)undec-7-ene (DBU) into a reaction container, using nitrogen as protective gas, heating at 120-160 degrees C, continuously reacting for 6-12 hours, and carrying out reduced pressure rotary evaporation on the obtained liquid-solid mixture to obtain a phthalocyanine crude product, carrying out centrifugal washing for some times by using ethyl acetate to obtain 4- alpha -(4-hydroxymethyl benzoyl) phthalocyanine; preparing GO; placing dimethyl formamide (DMF) solution into a reaction container, stirring and activating, and adding tetra- alpha -(4-hydroxymethyl benzoyl) phthalocyanine, stirring for 3-7 days at normal temperature under the protection of nitrogen, and then taking DMF as an eluent, removing unreacted phthalocyanine by centrifugal manner, dispersing the reactants by using ethanol, and drying to obtain the phenyl substituted phthalocyanine/graphene oxide composite nonlinear optical material.
