▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing acetal polymer-graphene composite material, involves uniformly dispersing graphene oxide and graphene oxide quantum dots in a polymer precursor to form a precursor mixed material with the pH of 2-5, and carrying out acetal polymerization on the precursor mixed material and aldehyde liquid to obtain the polymer-graphene composite material, where the mass of the graphene oxide and the graphene oxide quantum dots is account for 0.1-1 wt.% total mass of the composite material. USE - Method for preparing acetal polymer-graphene composite material used in laminated safety glass, adhesives, ceramic decal paper, aluminum foil paper, electrical materials, glass fiber reinforced plastic products and fabric treating agents. ADVANTAGE - The quantum dots in the preparation method enables to provide an acid catalyst in the polymerization reaction, so that to prevent large amount of acid liquor from being introduced in the conventional reaction, and saves cost of acid treatment. The prepared composite material has high storage stability and does not deteriorated after being placed for a long time. The method has simple process flow and is beneficial to large-scale industrial production. The acetal polymer-graphene composite material has good uniformity, after adding small amount of graphene, further improves comprehensive properties of the composite material, such as strength, thermal stability and ultraviolet resistance, and also expands application prospect of the acetal polymer material.
