NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene-oxide sulfonate aqueous polyurethane composite material involves mixing graphite powder, concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium nitrate, stirring, adding potassium permanganate, stirring, adding distilled water , stirring, diluting with distilled water, adding hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate, and manganese dioxide, washing, drying to obtain graphite oxide, dispersing graphite oxide in water to prepare aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide, and mixing graphene oxide aqueous dispersion and aqueous polyurethane emulsion. USE - Manufacture of graphene-oxide sulfonate aqueous polyurethane composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-oxide sulfonate aqueous polyurethane composite material having excellent heat stability and compatibility is manufactured efficiently. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of graphene-oxide sulfonate aqueous polyurethane composite material involves mixing graphite powder, concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium nitrate in ice bath, stirring uniformly, adding potassium permanganate, stirring under ice-cooling for 2-2.5 hours and at room temperature for 36-48 hours, adding distilled water to mixture, stirring for 15 minutes, diluting with distilled water, adding hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate, and manganese dioxide, washing with deionized water until neutral, drying to obtain graphite oxide, dispersing graphite oxide in water to prepare aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide, and mixing graphene oxide aqueous dispersion and aqueous polyurethane emulsion. The mass ratio of graphite powder, sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate is 1:(0.8-1.2):( 4-8). The content of concentrated sulfuric acid is 40-50 ml/g.
