▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A modified graphene aerogel is obtained by grafting cyanoethyltrichlorosilane derivative and halosilane. The cyanoethyltrichlorosilane derivative is cyanoethyltrichlorosilane in which some chlorine atoms are replaced by acyloxy groups. USE - Modified graphene aerogel. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene aerogel is prepared by introducing cyano groups and acyloxy groups on the surface of graphene aerogel, thus ensuring excellent hydrophobic properties and strengthening Young's modulus of the graphene aerogel by a simple and economical method suitable for large-scale industrial production. By adjusting the content of cyano and acyloxy groups in the silane, the hydrophobic properties, mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of graphene aerogel is effectively balanced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of modified graphene aerogel, which involves (S1) mixing graphene and reducing agent in water to obtain a mixed solution, (S2) mixing the mixed solution with a foaming agent, and stirring to obtain a foam, (S3) heating the foam, naturally cooling, and washing with alcohol to obtain a graphene hydrogel, (S4) freezing the graphene hydrogel at -40℃ to -50℃, raising the temperature to room temperature, heating and drying to obtain a graphene aerogel, and (S5) soaking the graphene aerogel in the cyanoethyltrichlorosilane derivative and halosilane, and washing.
