▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing graphite oxide into pure water at room temperature to obtain graphite oxide suspension. An ultrasonic centrifugal removing process of the suspension is performed to obtain graphite supernatant. The graphite supernatant is added with reducing agent e.g. hydrazine hydrate and ammonia water, and stirred at 90 to 10 degrees centigrade to perform heat preservation, filtering, cleaning, freezing and drying process for obtaining graphene powder. Layering and filtering process of graphene and manganese di-oxide dispersion liquid is performed to obtain a finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene/manganese di-oxide thin film unsymmetrical ultra-capacitor electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene/manganese di-oxide thin film unsymmetrical ultra-capacitor electrode material in a simple manner with better stability, high specific capacitance, flexible structure and wide range of applications.
