▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing molybdenum disulfide/graphene battery cathode material-based three-dimensional skeleton by self-assembly of graphene comprises e.g. (i) dissolving ammonium molybdate powder and thiourea powder in graphene oxide aqueous solution, and stirring, adding concentrated ammonia, (ii) transferring into polytetrafluoroethylene lining of mold, sealing and placing in stainless steel autoclave, heating, cooling to room temperature, (iii) removing, washing with concentrated ammonia, and (iv) immersing in aqueous ethanol solution, taking out and pre-freezing, and then vacuum-drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing molybdenum disulfide/graphene battery cathode material-based three-dimensional skeleton by self-assembly of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent charge and discharge cycle performance, solves the problem of molybdenum disulfide having poor charge and discharge cycle performance caused by large number of defects in charging and discharging process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing molybdenum disulfide/graphene battery cathode material-based three-dimensional skeleton by self-assembly of graphene comprises (i) dissolving ammonium molybdate powder and thiourea powder in graphene oxide aqueous solution, and then magnetically stirring until the solution is uniform and stable, adding concentrated ammonia to adjust pH to 9-10, (ii) transferring into polytetrafluoroethylene lining of mold, sealing and placing in stainless steel autoclave, heating reaction, cooling to room temperature, (iii) removing, washing with concentrated ammonia for at least 3 times, and then washing with anhydrous ethanol at least 3 times, and (iv) immersing in aqueous ethanol solution for at least 6 hours, taking out and pre-freezing, and then vacuum-drying.
