▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing copper nano-wrinkle structure comprises (a) generating graphene on a copper substrate using chemical vapor deposition (CVD); and (b) cooling the copper substrate on which graphene is generated to form nano-wrinkles on the surface of the substrate by the difference in thermal expansion energy between graphene and copper. USE - The copper nano-wrinkle structure is useful as an electrocatalyst to convert carbon dioxide into 2C material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The copper nano-wrinkle structure can be applied to fields requiring step sites, high-plane atomic arrangement, increase in surface area, or regular surface arrangement at the nanoscale, can be widely used in the field of catalysis, and has improved stability from oxidation and surface changes through graphene.
