▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A linear pattern is formed on a substrate (100) having a metal layer (120). The linear pattern having metal layer is reacted with reactive gas comprising carbon source, to form linear pattern of graphene. The substrate with linear pattern is impregnated in an etching solution to selectively remove metal layer, and pattern of graphene is separated from the substrate, processed and heated to form graphene fiber (140). USE - Manufacture of graphene fiber used for wire e.g. electric wire, and coaxial cable (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical manufacture of graphene fiber. The coaxial cable comprising the graphene fiber has excellent power transmission efficiency and signal transduction efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene wire, which is obtained by rolling graphene fiber on core containing insulating material; and (2) coaxial cable.
