▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene film comprises a graphene structure comprising a first region comprising a graphene structure arranged in a plane direction and a second region comprising a graphene structure arranged in a direction perpendicular to the plane direction. USE - The graphene film is useful for forming electrochemical device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene film improves the applicability to fields by extending the characteristics of heat conduction, electric conduction and ion diffusion, utilizes both horizontal and vertical structures, and is formed by simple process, easy for patterning into various patterns, and has improved productivity and workability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing the graphene film, involving (a) preparing the graphene film including a graphene structure arranged in a plane direction, (b) forming a pattern by irradiating a laser to the second region of the graphene film, and (c) heating the patterned graphene film.
