▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/metal oxide composite electrode material preparing method involves obtaining a pair of graphite electrodes and electrolyte, inserting the pair of graphite electrode into the electrolyte and energizing the electrolysis to obtaining graphene obtained by electrolysis, dissolving ruthenium salt, manganese salt and cobalt salt in the solvent to obtain the mixed metal salt solution. The mixed metal salt solution is added with graphene, mixed and dried to obtain the graphene-metal salt precursor, which is calcined at 230-310 degrees C to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene/metal oxide composite electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the graphene/metal oxide composite electrode material with better conductivity and chemical stability and better specific capacitance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/metal oxide composite electrode material preparing method involves obtaining a pair of graphite electrodes and electrolyte, inserting the pair of graphite electrode into the electrolyte and energizing the electrolysis to obtaining graphene obtained by electrolysis, dissolving ruthenium salt, manganese salt and cobalt salt in the solvent to obtain the mixed metal salt solution. The mixed metal salt solution is added with graphene, mixed and dried to obtain the graphene-metal salt precursor, which is calcined at 230-310 degrees C to obtain the finished product, where the atomic ratio of ruthenium: manganese: cobalt in the mixed metal salt solution is 4:1-4:2-4. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene/metal oxide composite electrode material.
