NOVELTY - An antibacterial laptop keyboard membrane comprises 10-20 pts. wt. polymer polyol, 15-25 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 13-24 pts. wt. polyacrylate, 8-19 pts. wt. diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 1-4 pts. wt. polyimide resin, 4-9 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 2-6 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 2-5 pts. wt. epoxy acrylate, 1-3 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-7 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 5-11 pts. wt. modified nano-scale calcium carbonate, 1-2 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 2-3 pts. wt. UV absorber and 1-4 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Antibacterial laptop keyboard membrane. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial laptop keyboard membrane has enhanced radiating performance, excellent antibacterial effect, improved stability, enhanced water resistance and reduced shrinkage rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of antibacterial laptop keyboard membrane, involves (1) taking above mentioned raw materials, (2) adding polymer polyol, polycarbonate, polyacrylate, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, polyethylene terephthalate, polyimide resin, epoxy propylene acid ester, calcium stearate, graphene oxide, nano-titanium dioxide and modified nano-calcium carbonate in reaction kettle, heating at 60-70 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain mixture, (3) sequentially adding antibacterial agent, UV absorber and antioxidant to obtained mixture, stirring and mixing uniformly, and forming film using film forming machine, adding dioctyl phthalate and drying.
