NOVELTY - Production of graphene quantum dots involves manipulating and controlling flow of an aqueous suspension of graphite flakes through micro-channels. USE - Production of graphene quantum dots e.g. aqueous solution of graphene quantum dots (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to photovoltaics, bio-imaging, LED, sensors, cellular imaging, molecular tracking in live cells, bio-sensing and drug delivery.
