▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene self-repairing growth method of nickel-based metal substrate involves using continuous laser on the pure nickel plate of the preset graphite layer to irradiate. The sand paper is used to remove the graphene-off growth. The graphene condition of the friction is simulated. The surface of the nickel substrate of the graphene is removed for heat treatment. The secondary growth graphene the damaged nickel surface after heat treatment is formed. USE - The method is useful for self-repairing and growing graphene on surface of nickel-based metal substrate, where the graphene is useful in the field of metal protection. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to operate, is capable of realizing self-repairing growth of graphene, and provides a new solving idea for graphene permanently stable protection in the metal protection field.
