NOVELTY - The method involves performing surface-treating of substrate. The graphene oxide dispersion solution is produced. The graphene oxide is coated on the surface-treated substrate using the graphene oxide dispersion solution. The coated graphene oxide is reduced using a reducing agent. The heat-treatment of substrate is performed. USE - Manufacturing method of graphene coating heat radiation element of electronic and electric device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat radiation element has excellent heat dissipation performance because it can effectively dissipate heat using the excellent thermal conductivity of graphene by forming heat dissipation layer made of graphene by coating using graphene. The heat radiation element can be effectively applied to the heat generating element such as an LED.
