▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing moisture-resistant and highly-efficient ozone decomposing agent comprises (i) (ia) dropping aqueous potassium permanganate solution into configured structure directing agent solution; and (ib) aging to obtain mesoporous manganese dioxide material; (ii) (iia) dispersing mesoporous manganese dioxide equivalent to dispersion solvent in water to obtain suspension; (iib) adding transition metal salt and carbon reducing agent into suspension to obtain homogeneous solution; (iic) transferring homogeneous solution into polytetrafluoroethylene high-pressure sealed reactor, and hydrothermally reacting; and (iid) filtering, and grinding to obtain composite manganese dioxide catalytically active material rich in alpha-phase manganese dioxide; and (iii) (iiia) mixing composite manganese dioxide catalytically active material, ozone adsorbent, refractory additives, binder and water into a mixture; and (iiib) acidifying semi-finished product with nitric acid solution, drying and roasting. USE - The method is useful for preparing moisture-resistant and highly-efficient ozone decomposing agent. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical; and degrades ozone tail gas efficiently at low temperature, and provides excellent catalytic performance can still be maintained in a high humidity environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing moisture-resistant and highly-efficient ozone decomposing agent comprises (i) (ia) configuring 5-15 wt.% aqueous potassium permanganate solution; (ib) dropping aqueous potassium permanganate solution into 2.5-25 wt.% configured structure directing agent solution at a molar ratio of 0.5-10; (ic) stirring the mixture obtained in step (ib) at 20-80 degrees C for 2-4 hours; and (id) allowing to the stand and aging the reacted mixture for 6-24 hours, and drying at 100-150 degrees C for 12-24 hours to obtain mesoporous manganese dioxide material; (ii) (iia) dispersing mesoporous manganese dioxide equivalent to 5-20 wt.% dispersion solvent in water under ultrasonic or high-speed stirring condition to obtain suspension; (iib) adding 0.5-4 wt.% transition metal salt equivalent to the dispersion solvent and 0.5-2 wt.% carbon reducing agent into the suspension, ultrasonically stirring or high-speed stirring to obtain homogeneous solution; (iic) transferring homogeneous solution into a polytetrafluoroethylene high-pressure sealed reactor, and hydrothermally reacting in a muffle furnace at 150-200 degrees C for 6-12 hours; and (iid) filtering to obtain precipitate, drying at 60-80 degrees C, and grinding to obtain composite manganese dioxide catalytically active material rich in alpha-phase manganese dioxide; and (iii) (iiia) mixing and stirring composite manganese dioxide catalytically active material, ozone adsorbent, refractory additives, binder and water into a mixture; (iiib) using rolling granulation, extrusion granulation, tablet pressing and other granulation equipment for solidifying and granulating to obtain solid particles i.e. semi-finished products in spherical, cylindrical and polygonal flake shapes; and (iiic) acidifying the semi-finished product with 2-4 mol/l nitric acid solution for 1-2 hours, drying at 70-140 degrees C and roasting under protection of inert gas at 300-450 degrees C to obtain finished product.
