NOVELTY - Protecting doped graphene comprises either (1.1) uniformly dispersing the conductive polymer monomer and matrix composition on the surface of the graphene layer to obtain conductive polymer monomer or auxiliary molecule containing graphene layer; and (1.2) placing graphene layer in the oxidizer acidic solution so as to grow conductive polymer film; or (2.1) loading the oxidant and matrix composition on surface of graphene layer to obtain graphene layer loaded with oxidizing agent; and (2.2) immersing graphene layer in conductive polymer monomer solution, and growing conductive polymer film. USE - The method is useful for protecting doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method makes the the graphene surface to withstand certain degree of scratch and touch, maintains good electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Protecting doped graphene comprises either (1.1) uniformly dispersing the conductive polymer monomer and matrix composition on the surface of the graphene layer by soaking, spin coating or evaporation, to obtain conductive polymer monomer or auxiliary molecule containing graphene layer; and (1.2) placing the conductive polymer monomer or auxiliary molecule containing graphene layer in the oxidizer acidic solution so as to grow conductive polymer film; or (2.1) loading the oxidant and matrix composition on the surface of the graphene layer by immersion, pulling or evaporation, to obtain graphene layer loaded with oxidizing agent; and (2.2) immersing the graphene layer loaded with oxidizing agent in conductive polymer monomer solution, and growing conductive polymer film.
