NOVELTY - A mercaptopropionic acid/KH-567 (RTM: 2-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane)/reduced graphene oxide reinforced aqueous epoxy amino baking varnish comprises 10-15 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy emulsifier, 30-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 35-40 pts. wt. amino resin, 0.5-2 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. defoamer, and 40-70 pts. wt. deionized water. The aqueous epoxy emulsifier is obtained by dissolving epoxy resin E-44 in a solvent, adding N,N-methylenebisacrylamide, reacting with the epoxy resin, adding hydroxyethyl acrylate and a little potassium persulfate as initiator, heating and stirring to make the hydroxyethyl acrylate generate free radical polymerization, and obtaining an epoxy resin-ethyl polyacrylate as the aqueous epoxy emulsifier. USE - Mercaptopropionic acid/KH-567 (RTM: 2-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane)/reduced graphene oxide reinforced aqueous epoxy amino baking varnish. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the varnish, which involves dispersing the epoxy resin and reinforcing agent at 1000 rpm, adding the aqueous epoxy emulsifier, slowly dripping deionized water to finish reverse rotation, preparing into an aqueous epoxy emulsion, mixing the aqueous epoxy emulsion, amino resin, and deionized water, adding defoamer, and dispersing for 30 minutes at 1500 rpm.
