NOVELTY - Production of electrolytic copper foil involves cleaning raw foil with ethanol, placing in hydrochloric acid solution, ultrasonically processing at 700-800 Hz for 20-30 minutes, washing with deionized water at 700-800 Hz for 20-30 minutes, heating at 600-800 degrees C under inert gas atmosphere, heat-preserving at 80-110 MPa for 20-30 minutes, cooling to room temperature, forming graphene layer on surface of raw foil by chemical deposition method, drying, soaking in tartaric acid solution, soaking in urea solution and boric acid solution for 2-3 hours, heating at 600-700 degrees C under nitrogen atmosphere, obtaining modified raw foil, soaking in Clostridium butyricum, removing water and freeze-drying. USE - The method is useful for surface treatment of electrolytic copper foil. ADVANTAGE - The method enables surface treatment of electrolytic copper foil with high conductivity under wet condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for copper foil prepared by the processing method
