NOVELTY - The method involves correcting a variable instability of electromagnetic/magnetic flux by an electric field loop or antenna (1), and interlinking electric, magnetic and electromagnetic fields and self-regulating through the apparatus. The electric field is pivoted around which self-regulation of the interactive electromagnetic and magnetic fields is spontaneously established. Movements of mechanical, electrical, chemical, technological machines derived from the biomimicry of the activities of the nature are stabilized. USE - Method for establishing permeability of space through substantial presence of graphene or graphene oxide for direct communication with ambient environment in hall, shopping center, sports hall, stadium, building, factory and vehicles, such as lorry, bus, train, boat, space shuttle and submarines.
