NOVELTY - Graphene montmorillonite filled universal plastic nanomaterial comprises 60-95 pts. wt. universal plastic, 0.5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 1-10 pts. wt. polyrotaxane, 0.5-10 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 0-20 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.3-2 pts. wt. thermal stabilizer and 0.2-2 pts. wt. processing auxiliary agent, where the universal plastic is polypropylene and/or polyethylene. USE - Used as graphene montmorillonite filled universal plastic nanomaterial. ADVANTAGE - The nanomaterial: has excellent dispersion between polyrotaxane, graphene and montmorillonite and synergistic flame retardant and toughening effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene montmorillonite filled universal plastic nanomaterial, comprising (i) placing graphene, montmorillonite, compatibilizer and polyrotaxane in an internal mixer and smelting at a temperature of 150-200 degrees C for 10 minutes to obtain polyrotaxane/graphene/montmorillonite composite, and (ii) adding universal plastic, thermal stabilizer, processing auxiliary agent and polyrotaxane/graphene/montmorillonite composite obtained in (ii) into a twin-screw extruder , carrying out melting, mixing, dispersing, extruding and granulating to obtain final product, where the length-diameter ratio of the double screw extruder is 40-45:1, the temperature of each section of double-screw extruder is 190-240 degrees C and the raw material includes 60-95 pts. wt. universal plastic, 0.5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 1-10 pts. wt. polyrotaxane, 0.5-10 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 0-20 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.3-2 pts. wt. thermal stabilizer and 0.2-2 pts. wt. processing auxiliary agent, where the universal plastic is polypropylene and/or polyethylene.
