NOVELTY - Method for preparing positive-type and negative-type interphase graphene thermoelectric fibers, involves (a) preparing graphene oxide dispersion using graphite by a chemical synthesis method, (b) preparing graphene fibers using the graphene oxide dispersion by a chemical reduction method, and (c) preparing positive-type and negative-type thermoelectric fiber using the graphene fiber by a doping method. USE - The method is useful for preparing positive-type and negative-type interphase graphene thermoelectric fibers used in thermoelectric device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method adopts simple preparation process, does not require high temperature, and reduces preparation cost, controls the production scale of thermoelectric fibers based on the actual needs of production and life, and prepares the graphene thermoelectric fibers with excellent continuity without the use of adhesive, has excellent flexibility, and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a thermoelectric device is formed by weaving the positive-type and negative-type interphase graphene thermoelectric fiber which is prepared by the above-mentioned method.
