NOVELTY - The preparation method of molecularly imprinted composite sponge membrane for selectively separating emodin, involves cutting sponge into slices, soaking in a mixture of deionized water and ethanol, cleaning, soaking in graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically reacting, centrifuging and drying to obtain graphene oxide modified sponge membrane, immersing graphene oxide modified sponge membrane in ethanol and water, adding 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, purging with nitrogen, sealing, cleaning and drying to obtain surface-activated composite sponge membrane. USE - Preparation of molecularly imprinted composite sponge membrane for selectively separating emodin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of molecularly imprinted composite sponge membrane with improved emodin adsorbing and separating capability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of molecularly imprinted composite sponge membrane for selectively separating emodin, involves (1) cutting sponge into slices, soaking in a mixture of deionized water and ethanol, cleaning, soaking in graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically reacting, centrifuging and drying to obtain graphene oxide modified sponge membrane, (2) immersing graphene oxide modified sponge membrane in ethanol and water, adding 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, purging with nitrogen, sealing, cleaning and drying to obtain surface-activated composite sponge membrane, (3) adding emodin and acrylamide to ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and ethanol mixture, ultrasonically mixing, adding surface-activated composite sponge membrane to the mixed solution, adding azobisisobutyronitrile, purging with nitrogen, sealing, carrying out polymerization, cleaning and drying to obtain blotted polymeric sponge membrane, eluting the blotted polymeric sponge membrane in eluent and drying.
