NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining high-spectral data of a surface of a target workpiece graphene anti-corrosion paint and a three-dimensional reconstruction model of the surface of the target piece. Thickness information of the thickness of the graphene anti corrosion paint on the surface is characterized according to the high spectrum data. A paint thickness distribution model is generated based on the thickness information and the three dimensional reconstruction model. The thickness information is combined with the thickness reference value of the graphite anti corrosion coating to obtain a thickness deviation value. A spraying abnormal area is marked on the paint thickness classification model if the thickness deviation is greater than a preset threshold value.
