NOVELTY - Modified graphene/polybutene composite masterbatch material comprises 0.1-40 pts. wt. modified graphene, 80-120 pts. wt. polybutylene resin, 0.1-1.1 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.2-1.2 pts. wt. nucleating agent and 0.1-1.2 pts. wt. dispersing agent. The nucleating agent is obtained by mixing dibenzylidene D-sorbitol, bis(p-methylbenzylidene)sorbitol and/or 2,2'-methylenebis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenol) phosphonate with diamide compound. USE - The modified graphene/polybutene composite masterbatch material is useful in polybutene pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch material provides polybutene pipe having low heating efficiency and low comprehensive heat energy utilization rate when used as heating pipe, can be produced in simple and economical manner, has improved mechanical properties and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) producing modified graphene/polybutene composite masterbatch material, comprising adding antioxidant, nucleating agent, and dispersing agent to polybutene resin solution, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a blend, (b) adding modified graphene dispersion liquid and precipitating to obtain modified graphene/polybutene composite masterbatch material, where mixed solvent is mixture of isopropyl alcohol, acetone, methanol and/or ethanol and water, and solvent of the polybutene resin solution is xylene, toluene and/or benzene; and (2) polybutene pipe comprising modified graphene/polybutene composite masterbatch material and pipe-grade polybutene resin.
