NOVELTY - The line has a transmission mechanism provided with a bracket (1), a roller shaft (2), a transmission roller(3), a transmission belt (4), a driving rotating shaft(5), a transmission speed reducer (6) and a transmission motor (7). A packaging feeding mechanism is provided with a mechanical arm mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a displacement locating mechanism. The roller shaft is installed on the bracket through a bearing. The conveying belt is connected with the transmission roller. A front end of the driving rotating shaft is rigidly mounted on a front end of the roller shaft. A tail end of the driving rotating shaft is rigidly mounted on a power output end of the transmission speed reducer. A connecting flange is connected and installed between an indexing reducer (29) and an indexing shaft (23). USE - Graphene-based lead carbon battery assembly packaging production line. ADVANTAGE - The line cancels the application of traditional assembly line split-type indexing and feeding fixture, realizes feeding one-step position, and improves processing efficiency, and reduces processing cost.
