NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene nanoribbons comprises depositing polymer-containing spinning solution or spinning melt into graphene film by electrostatic deposition to obtain mask, etching, and removing mask. USE - Method for preparation of graphene nanoribbons used for transparent electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process and low cost. The graphene nanoribbons have length of 2 mu m to 3 mm, width of 8-200 nm, and thickness of 0.7-30nm.
